No tracking or logging today but yes to exercising. Most likely today was within calorie budget. I am working at getting my life organized and in a good routine. I just finished my first 2 weeks at my new job and back to the office. I am doing well at establishing good routines and habits in spite of my insomnia. I'm enjoying the new job and routine. It's a perfect time of year to start a new job too as it's easier to get motivated to get up early (early daylight) and do some outdoor activities in the evening as it's warmer and light out longer. All in all, I'm happy, praise God!

    Hoping everyone is doing well!

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, public holiday here in this "neck of the woods". So I spent most part of the day in my garden. Was a bit sore at the end of the day! Thank God for daily exercises. I am sure that helps a lot!
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    Habits to maintain this month:
    Kitchen Closed? Yes
Did you go "nuts" with nuts today? No (21 days -free)
Within Sugar macro today? Yes (19 days)

Pass days 3/3 (this is for accountability to myself and my records).

❌ Exercise. Just the usual walk to workplace. I can't log this because it's not an extra.
    ✅ Everything Tracked
    ✅ Under quota

    4️⃣ Pass days

Trying to drink more water. I don't drink enough. I have a motivational water bottle but it's not motivating me 😂 I'm thinking about using an app or some trick that remembers me I have to drink.

Catching up on some missed days.
Another pass day, but plenty of exercise.
We had a strenuous bike ride in the morning, and I swam about an hour in the afternoon.

    Great job showing up anyway:
    @Elbee1
@Jana_2020 - I love your attitude towards change. I would love to be able to handle things as gracefully
@atoina - I don't know, I think the usual can count if it's at least 20 minutes, but you're the one who decides for you
@lesdarts180 - bonus points for checking in on vacation - sounds like a great one!

@atoina-I used to use the plant nanny app. Then I had it remind me to drink every hour. I did put a lower weight in because I don’t drink as much as it says.
