    Sundays in the summer we are usually enjoying a lazy day followed by commuting home from our trailer at the lake (just 1.5 hrs north of home). Then we try to get ourselves as organized as possible for the work week. When the trailer is closed for the winter, we usually drive to the mountains for a hike or snowshoe in the winter. It's lovely.

    ✅✅✅ 2️⃣ pass days left

    Sundays are relaxed days for us. Today we had a family Skype with our daughters and 3 adult grandkids. We are planning a trip to Oxford at the end of July for granddaughter’s graduation. She got her doctorate in April. We will travel to England on the ferry.

    Sundays are generally the same as most other days. We try to do our outings and travels mid-week unless we're meeting up with one of our kids. Since they have to work, we'll time things over the weekend if we visit them or they visit us.

    There are so many wonderful places nearby to go hiking and do things (ocean, bay, redwoods, mountains), but they are so crowded on the weekends and traffic around these parts is atrocious so we really have to plan.

    I'm excited to be back on MFP and in this group. It's literally been years. I'm tired of trying to fight this battle with no tools. I'm also looking for a group on MFP that logs their weights weekly, if anyone knows one that is taking new members.

    Welcome back @MadDuck62 !!

    Another pass day. I was feeling better, and got up early to exercise - 15 minutes MommaStrong. But I had not planned the day and I did not track anything.

    I like to have one adventure day in the weekend and one stay home and organize day. Lately the balance has been off with too much fun/fun recovery rather than organizing, and it is stressing me out a bit though I am enjoying the fun.

    Yesterday my daughter and I went to my daughter's school friend's house. It was very hot here. They have a lake and a boat and it was delightful. Then we went out to ice cream. And I forgot to bring my daughter's medicine and if she doesn't take it in the afternoon she has rebound insomnia. So she was up half the night. Fortunately my wife stayed up with her because as I mentioned in the sleep post I really can't handle missing sleep. But I was up for a bit feeling guilty.

    ✅ Lovely 70+ minute after supper walk with Beauregard and my husband. The water on the creek was like glass — no breeze, no rain, no turbulence. We took a path new to me and it was so peaceful and quiet. We couldn’t see another house, car, or person. I love that we have the park system in our city. That it is steps from our front door (which is also a ten minute walk to downtown).

    ✅ Tracked it all

    ✅ Under total calories

    Welcome back @MadDuck62! There is a challenge group that logs their weekly weight with monthly goals. It's pretty low key - feel free to join any time. https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10863087/may-2022-weight-loss-challenge#latest

    @MadDuck62

    I belong to another good group that logs weight weekly. I just sent the admins a message asking if they want more people (I joined at the first of the year when they were seeking new members and I am not sure about their usual process of joining.) If I haven´t got back to you within a couple days, can you send me a message to communicate with you? That would mean that I forgot your user name and couldn´t find your post again to let you know what they said.

    I'm catching up with a couple of missed days.
    Bike ride and swimming again today, but no tracking of food intake.
    When I'm at home Sunday is the day I cook lunch for me and boyfriend and sometimes mum.
    Weekends are also a time for seeing family with grandchildren.
