It is true that our habits are so important. Right now I am reading James Cleary´s ¨Atomic Habits.¨ It is excellent. I am starting to notice my habits more and make a plan for habit change for a lifestyle that is healthier and more organized.

Yes, that is exactly what I know has to be changed in my life... I am currently working on it. I have to change my habits in order to fit exercise into my life.

Visited my Mom, today. She was having a better day than yesterday. Thankfully.
Also, got to have time with my son and his wife and my grandbaby! I was so good with food at the party that was at the other mom/Grandma's home.
