May Week Two
Weigh In Day: Saturdays
PW (Previous Weight): 65.8 kg (7 May)

LTD (Loss to Date since joining this Group): 1.4 kg
Had a lot going on this week, so really just 'dabbled' with the tracking when I felt motivated. But also just tried to keep myself vaguely on track by not going overboard on various things (you know, chocolate, wine, ice cream), despite being pulled in all directions / tired / cranky / stressed. When stressed out, I often just go 'oh what they hey, eat all the ice cream', but instead, just grabbed a spoonful and moved on. So am happy with a small loss this week, considering everything I've been juggling. And definitely feeling the better for the downward trend - love the fact that my pants are just that little bit looser. Hurrah!3 -
Rough week for me as well, work is always stressful and exhausting this time of year. I didn't lose anything, but I didn't gain either, so I am not too disappointed. Here are my results:

Goals this week
●Nutrition- Continuing to track everything and keeping under 1450 calories. Keeping protein, carbs, fat at 40%/35%/25%.
☆ Adding making sure to have at least 1 serving of veggies with each meal
●Exercise- Continuing with cardio (elliptical) 30 min 4x week and yoga 15 min 3x week
☆ Adding taking a daily walk through the yard and woods with my son. (He's 18 months, so it'll probably be a short walk lol)
●Mindset- Continuing 10pm bedtime and journaling 1 thing I'm grateful for each day.

Your cycle absolutely can cause water retention. Hormonal shifts are a major offender when it comes to bloating, but at least we know they're (hopefully) only temporary.1 -

That's more like it. I hadn't been above 175 for a long time, and being back up there, regardless of knowing my muscle-to-fat ratios, was rough for me mentally. This definitely won't be sticking around, as I'm leaving for Vegas on Sunday, and will not be logging anything during my trip, but it's good to be closer to the 160s again. Here's hoping I can make a quick recovery from the inevitable vacation bloat that awaits me.4 -
I don't know what is up with me, but I'm exhausted constantly...just realized yesterday was Tuesday and I had not posted steps....
