    Generally 35-45 minI’ve been doing shorter ones this week because I’ve been working 12 hour days. I have to work out daily so have have a sense of completion at the end of my day. It’s probably not necessarily the healthiest thing 🙃

    That is amazing you work out everyday with 12 hour days! I have no excuses!! 😂 Thank you for the inspiration☺️ 35 to 45 minutes daily is definitely healthy if it’s cardio ♥️
