Whoo hoo it's Thursday!

Everybody ready for the weigh-in tomorrow?

My training schedule is lighter this week with my gym closed so the scale doesn't seem to want to budge, but I'm hoping to see a loss tomorrow anyway.

I did my 2 mile hill run this morning, and am scheduled to see my trainer tonight at the park but it sounds like we might get rained out. If we do I'll stop at one of the gym locations in the city where I work on the way home and get some light strength training in anyway.

    Well I'm still recovering from this cold/sinus/whatever is knocking me down. So, I plan on getting 12,000 steps in and doing the 5 mile Walk Away The Pounds youtube video again and drinking TONS of water.

    Off to do C25k and then a leg workout. Better get moving cuz it's certainly not getting any cooler (and I'm out of Candy Crush lives)!
