I am back and hope to see you come join me. Whether you have a few pounds or a lot of pounds to lose, lets do this together, 1 step and 1 day at a time.
Maybe you have already lost the weight and now on a Maintenance schedule its all possible and is easier when we join together and cheer one another on our journey, so who is with me?
I am back for Maintenance or even when possible regain some weight I have lost during cancer treatment. I am severely underweight right now and am working at maintaining the weight so I don't lose any more.

Yes so happy I am able so far to calculate how many calories I need to stay on track so I donβt lose anymore weight which is a good thing! π
