Long day ahead....trying to get a week worth of classes and priorities done ahead of Wednesday.

Enjoyed some linguini with shrimp al diavlo this weekend while out at the trial and thought of my friend Skip and that he was probably getting sick of pasta.
Babe was super naughty at the trial. She gave me the middle finger when I tooted the whistle and just ran out of control. Dogs are like that sometimes.
Tundra was much more comfortable than the Tacoma. Better gas mileage too. Liking the 3.4 V6 with twin turbos.
I'm also liking the cool weather.

Good morning BBB crew.
We have a lot of things to do, today, prior to leaving early tomorrow for Las Vegas. This is the first trip we've taken since the start of Covid. Good thing is that I don't have to drive to the airport; we're carpooling with DDIL's parents. Bad thing is we have to leave the house around 5 a.m. to make our 8:30 flight. Dropping Sassy off at a dog-boarding place, this afternoon. I will miss her.

A dog with an attitude. Hmmmmm. Can't relate. Tucker is great 90% of the time. That other 10% is aptly, "middle finger moments" as you describe. He makes me laugh! Brings us joy!
He's mad. I cut out his weekly SBUX Pup Cup. I think the cream was giving him the squirts.

- Got some Memorial Day ceremony planning to do with our Veterans Club president this morning. She is a retired AF Colonel nurse. Talk about planning to the Nth degree.

Morning BBB
Had about an inch of snow last night and now two days of bitter cold. Not sure I’ll get to see the tulips bloom. Had one the other day and the rest are about ready by temps in the teens won’t help.
Kitties don’t like this much inside time…bouncing off the walls and pestering each other. Both are out in the sunshine now but more snow on the way so I’m sure we will see them soon.
I need to re up my global entry but between our weak internet and a government website I’m pulling my hair out. I’ll use my hotspot in the upstairs bathroom today if needed. I really need to get it done so I can do the interview part when we are in Phoenix. Maybe 2023 will be the year we travel again.

Sam, I love how you wrote, "pups can be as stubborn as KIDS" ... as if KIDS have a corner on that market! Ha ha! I'll bet us older folk would win at pretty much any stubbornness contest! Some perhaps more than others.

Steph, the pics of when you visited here came up in my memories last week. That was so nice! We're right smack dab in the middle of Tulip Time right now.
Hmmm ... what's new here? Jim is still out of town. Jamie's bridal shower is Sunday. I'm meeting with someone from church on Thursday to talk about getting the new recovery ministry launched. Some loved ones are having health challenges. That's about it, I think.
