    Good morning gentlemen.

I get home and find I am opening the Mens' Health board. Nack to normal.

We had an uneventful trip back to Washington, arriving at the house just before 10 and in bed at 11. I got up at 5, even without a golden retriever to encourage me. We left 90-degree sun. Today, in Tumwater, it will be high 50s and rain. Going to be hard to keep our freshly bathed Sassy clean when she sees her yard again.

We pick Sassy up at 11 this morning. I expect her to go crazy when she sees us. Looking forward to it.

Good to see ya back Dave!!
    Have fun with Sassy!

Hope the new med helps you Steve. Sounds like a plan.
We unexpectedly hit 71 degrees in PD X yesterday and warm (55-57deg for a low this a.m.) overnight.

Gosh Lee hope you get your pains under control. I did have a bit of swelling in my left knee lately but nothing profound.
We missed church on Mother's Day because the pastor came down with covid at last minute. She is doing pretty well and may lead church today wearing a mask. We aren't going today.

    Morning.

Did a 2.5 mile hike early this morning while it was cool. Meadows are green and spotted with a few wildflowers, wild apple blossoms are out, and the birds were singing up a storm. Now back at my place it's raining steadily.

My book club met last night, first time I've gone since before COVID started. We had a potluck picnic under a gazebo in a garden behind a member's house. 75º and no mosquitoes. So nice doing something normal for a change.

My weight seems to be down about 5 lbs since before I got sick. Trying to keep watch on bad habits.

    Church this evening.

    Good Morning

Glad you made it home safe Dave. Enjoy the Sassy reunion.

We had a relaxing afternoon yesterday heading off to see The Duke at the Cinema Alehouse. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Nothing much planned today except some garden time and grilling a tri-tip tonight. I might try to sneak out for another walk though I am still tired from yesterday's.
