I just joined the group! I have offically hit my 1st goal here on MPF and that was to weigh in at 140, which I did on Wednsday. I want to tone up and change the way that my body looks. I had my daughter way over a year ago and that dang loose skin on my tummy is killing me. I want to get my hips back under control, and at the same time try to get down to 130. I am excited to see how this group goes. I have found that a lot of groups end up lacking in parcipitation.
