This is a board where we can all discuss things fitness and health related, including our relationships with God and how we care for the bodies He's given us. How we face any challenges we have in front of us with grace and dignity.
I recently was given a FitBit Zip by my good friend and I'm so loving it. I thought it would be great if some other Grace church attenders could join this and we could encourage one another in our health journeys. I think of this as an online health Grace Group!
