    Up and out early this morning. I am just back from taking Heather to the airport for a 5:30 flight as she is off for a week visiting her sister in Minnesota and a refresher course in heat and humidity. I am continuing to keep my daily workouts going without overdoing it. I did a second walk but stayed indoors and did a walk-in place video to get my cardio. Still a bit tired from it all but with the stretching and controlled walks, my back is doing well. Not much planned today beyond that and cleaning up a bit.

    Day off but just spent 3 hours catching up on medical records.
    Lots to do today, hope to get something done. Cool and breezy.

    Good morning gentlemen.

    Hope your bachelor week goes OK, Bill.

    Sassy let me sleep in until 6, this morning. She has been off her feed the last couple days. I'll take her out for a walk, this morning to see how she does. I suppose this is just part of being in heat.

    We're drying out today, so I should be able to mow the lawn. I edged along the front sidewalk, yesterday, and it started to rain, so I e=went back in and patched the loose drywall tape on the ceiling of the garage that has been mocking me for the last 10 or 12 years. I'll disassemble my scaffolding today. I also need to figure out what to do with a bunch of old 4-foot fluorescent light tubes.

    Good morning!

    Still very hot in Kansas. Expected highs in the 90s for at least another week. With humidity, feels like temps in excess of 100 every day.

    I'm wondering how the lawn will get mowed without my melting.

    Good Evening,
    Have started loading car, will finish in morning while DW takes DMIL her clothes and meds. They will allow in at 7.
    Several days next week actual over 100, glad we will be on Gulf where it is about 15 degrees cooler
    Don't know how communications will be down there, sometimes great connections and sometimes no cell connections. Will be back Sunday week evening.
    14 family members in one house; hope we are all still speaking at end of week, older DB already getting on nerves.
