Thyroid Issues anyone?

Does anyone else out there have both bipolar disorder AND a thyroid dysfunction? I have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and also a pituitary adenoma (non-cancerous) and it makes it REALLY difficult to lose weight...in addition to the meds I'm on for bipolar. The important thing for me is that I'm doing it - day by day. I look at myself in the mirror and remember the girl looking back again. I never thought that would happen in a million years!

I'd like to hear anyone else's issues with thyroid function too.....

    I am Bipolar and have hypothyroidism, I am really struggling with losing weight , it seems hopeless with all the medication I am on. It seems like I have not lost much ,but just losing inches. I am currently going through a depression and just want to give up ,trying to keep my head a float but not easy. between them both I am so tired even without the depression and sleep til noon most days . There has to be a way to become a healthy weight without all this getting in the way. Feel free to add me . I am sure we could both use support.
