New Team Challenges Coming for July 2022

Evening Hello Team
You all have been doing great with pushing forward in meeting your daily goals for June’s Daily Challenges. Keep up the great work! 👍👏
Please keep in mind all the Nutritional and Fitness posts are suggestions: you are welcome to modify the Nutrition and Fitness posts I share: what is important that we find what works best for us and we keep our bodies healthy and strong. Let’s keep working together and be the best we can be.
For July we will continue to focus on healthy eating with increasing our Veggies and Fresh Fruits and getting enough fibre and calories in our daily intake. Water is so important, that we strive to get 6 to 8 glasses of water or more daily.
For Fitness I will have new Video’s for you to follow and focus on both Cardio and Strength Training. Let’s raise the bar even higher to our personal best!
