Plan for success - do your homework today so you succeed tomorrow and don't feel rushed or forget important things. Take a few minutes today to make your lunch for tomorrow, update your schedule and do a few things so you have time to take care of yourself and succeed with your goals.

Prepare your WIN tomorrow checklist to help you plan for success the next day.

If you do not already have a list/routine please use this one or make up your own. (right click to open new tab) \https://bit.ly/2DQGJyX

Do you already have a daily routine that includes preparation for a successful tomorrow? absolutely
Do you have it where you see it often? It's ingrained now in my head
Please tell us what works for you. I have a ranchette and I work full time. I have to be on a routine. When I got here I decided to just do Nutrisystem and save time. I add salads but this makes shopping so much more easier
Do you have questions Team Members here can answer here for you? None

Do you already have a daily routine that includes your healthy meals, fitness and your well being? I established daily routines during the pre-challenge.
Do you have it where you see it often? I’ve been writing my evening meals with recipes on a calendar so that I can refer to it when I need ideas.
Please tell us what works for you. I’ve been walking as exercise for years, as well as stretching, but got away from strength training. Recently I’ve added simple strength training two days a week.
Do you have questions Team Members can answer for you? Not yet.

~ Do you already have a daily routine that includes preparation for a successful tomorrow? I always have to plan ahead (at least Monday - Friday) because of work.
~ Do you have it where you see it often? Not written down, but I do the same thing every day to get out of the house and/or to get my workday started.
~ Please tell us what works for you. My brother and I help my aging parents out. When I go into the office, I try to get to see them all and do their bills, etc. When I don't go to visit, I tend to come home and do things around here. Unfortunately, this is not much of a routine, but at this point in my life, it is what it is. Parents need help and my brother and I do what we can.
~ Do you have questions Team Members here can answer here for you? Not at this time.

I have it on my Spreadsheet with my WIN Today list. It's hard this challenge because Mom needs more care and my routine is out the window but we are trying to get in a groove.
