G'Morning~
Avoided a trip to E.R. Vet yesterday, thankfully....Tucker must've swallowed/chewed on something in the back yard and had like black mesh material hanging off his back side all afternoon. A healthy diet of sweet potatoes and some rinsed kidney beans seem to be enough to propel the rest out. He was back to perky and troublesome by dinner time.
DMIL and DW not feeling well after an outing on Sunday to a favorite restaurant. So it it comes in three's - thats it. No more this week.
Hot and humid in store today with potential afternoon rain. Missed out on pool yesterday and will likely miss out today too.

Good morning BBB crew.
Rita is better. Good thing: we're packing today, and driving down to the Oregon Coast tomorrow, with the grandkids. One night in Astoria, then two nights in Newport, before racing back up on Saturday to pick Sassy up at the Pet Lodge by noon, so we don't incur and extra day's charge.
DDIL has made the reservations for all of us to take an Alaska cruise the first week in September. We're committed now.0 -

God does answer prayer, friend from church who has been living with an artificial pump around his waist for past five years got call last night that Duke Univ. Hospital has a donner heart, scheduled for surgery at 12 today.
House on each side of us is getting new roofs today, very noisy
Continues HOT and HUMID
Not much going on today, yoga class this afternoon
DMIL still sleeping, has got where she sleeps to about 11 or 11:30, then gets upset because her breakfast and coffee are cold. We usually eat lunch at 1:30, yesterday at 12:30 she insisted she had to eat then that she was jittery; me and DW were busy preparing lunch which is smoked chicken salad that DMIL loves. I heated up a piece of cold chicken from several nights ago for DMIL since she could not wait to eat. Then she got huffy because me and DW ate smoked chicken salad. I was not home for supper last night, but DW said DMIL had to eat chicken salad, and ate at least three servings.
Glad Rita is feeling better, enjoy trip with grands

Mid 70s and sunny again today.
Going out to dinner and or live music on the golf course patio tonight with a girlfriend that lives here seasonally.
