    We are off to say Hi to the ocean today after Heather requested we go somewhere. We will head north a bit to Point Reyes National Seashore for the day. We haven’t been since before the pandemic closed access. It should be nice and cool in the upper 60’s. Yesterday after the Tylenol kicked in I made a lot of progress with the big declutter. I went through all my seminary books in the storage unit and pulled out maybe 8 small books and loaded three boxes in the car and added as much as my car could hold to take to the big thrift store. Icing, TENS and recovery ensued. It was hot in that unit and amazingly dusty. I am going to TENS again befor our long drive today.

    Good afternoon gentlemen.

    Got up and out of the hotel in pretty good shape, then drove 300 miles, picked up Sassy, got home and unloaded the car. Whew! Ready for a break. Still have to figure out what to feed the kids for supper. Their parents will pick them up around 9:30 tonight.
