How is everyone doing? I'm doing great even though I haven't lost any pounds guess I'm loosing inches :bigsmile:
I am so proud that I didn't fall off the wagon on my birthday YEA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am almost ready to extend my exercise to 1 hour YEA

Day 5 - Sept. 20th
Lunges - 38
Push Ups - 15
Crunches - 210 -
Well done to all of us, we are doing so well, my weight loss is very slow going but I am not in a hurry, glad to see some are having a go at the exercises, only makes you stronger girlies, don't give up, be proud and stand tall.0

only 7 of us left, well done ladies, as you can see it slowly gets harder for some by the end of the month but thats why we joined this group to stay accountable to ourselves and give each other support, my exercise challenge this month might have been a bit harder but I hope you all can take some of them and put them into every day routine, next month I will make them a little easier. keep going not far till the end of the month,,,, you all can do it!!0

Hi Margie,
I'm still struggling with this darn plateau.....My friend that I go to TOPS with thinks I don't eat enough .... who knows..... I looked at my profile today and changed it some because of exercise. I see the Cardiologist on Friday (10/4), I'm going to ask him to refer me to see a Dietitian. I feel like I am NOT getting enough of something or too much of something. He wants me to weigh 119 :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: Are you kidding me I haven't seen 119 in 30 something years. My Primary Care doc says no more than 180 and no less than 150. I'm good with that not with 119. The thing is I'm only 4'11" and the cardiologist is looking at the BMI chart so I'm screwed :happy:
I looked at a girl's diary on here today that had lost over 100 pounds in a year....I thought that is fantastic which it is.... I wanted see if she was doing something that I wasn't doing. Well... I don't get it... she is eating CRAP BUT she is earning around 1200 exercise calories a day.(of course she is in her late 20's or early 30's and a stay at home mom, and I am 51 and have a full time job) It frustrates me that I am getting up at 4 every morning so that I can get my exercise in and I don't eat crap. I leave the house at 7:15 start work at 8 and get off at 6, by the time I get home Gary has dinner started, we eat clean up the kitchen sit down for about 30 min then it is time for bed. I thought I was losing inches but NOPE not even that I guess I'm toning up since my clothes are a little looser :bigsmile:
OOPS guess I had to vent sorry.
I have really enjoyed this challenge it has kept me in the exercise mind set.....there were a few days I wanted to stay in bed but didn't I CANNOT fail this time I WILL SUCCEED!!!!!! Last Friday morning the alarm went off and Gary was like "don't get up, take a day off" So, I stayed in bed and felt so guilty. I get off work at noon on Friday so, instead of coming home and fixing lunch and plopping down in front of the TV..I put on my work out clothes, popped in my DVD and exercised for 45 min then I had lunch :flowerforyou:

I am very happy this morning - I reached my 12 pound goal for the month. Thank goodness - the last day of the month.
