Applying the 7 Habits to a Lifestyle change for healthy body and weight

I've discovered the seven habits years ago and try to apply it everyday. One of the things I've learned at the late age of life is like a lot of people I never really paid attention to healthy eating exercise Etc. Now that we have Google MyFitnessPal and other tools, it's a lot easier to take control of your lifestyle for the better. One of the things in the 7 Habits that I've learned is it takes 21 days change into a new habit. Replacing your old bad habits whether you realize you have them or not, is what got you into the situation you're in. I'm wondering if other folks are doing the same?
