Let share thoughts on how we are doing with the 7 Habits.
I think using MyFitnessPal on a daily basis, relates to the first habit be proactive. And of course the second habit begin with the end in mind obviously is for your goals to lose weight or improve your health but monitoring what goes in your mouth. LOL

I’m familiar with the principles of 7 Habits, and I use a 4 step plan which largely follows them.
I found that permanently changing habits changed results, but the habits need to be sustainable to stick. Small incremental changes can have astounding effects.
The first habit I adopted was daily tracking on MFP, which provided much needed data to point the way towards my primary goal of living a fit and healthy life.
