September thoughts...

Has anyone else been considering their goals for the upcoming month, and figuring out how they want to meet those goals? I am trying to get more exercise in, though some days it feels like a losing battle. I did sign up for my wellness center at work, so I would like to get at least two days a week there and go from there.
Goal for the Month: Eat at calorie or under for 75% of the month, and intense work out twice a week.

I honestly don't even think about this, likely to my detriment. How's your week going?0
