Hi Im Mark and last year I started a Christmas weight loss group but I did not finish myself due to life and I went awol from MFP. At the request of my good friend Klisha we're going to do it again. We have plenty of time and whether you have a little or a lot of weight to lose we need you on our team.. Who's in?

    wow 16 weeks really? you just had to go there, didntcha!? ok yes count me in I want this head start before new years resolution time.

    I don't want to end up ciome spring/summer 2014 in the same shape I am in today. I am ready!

    Glad to see we have almost 30 members in only a few hours time. It must be right on time for all of us. Welcome everyone.. Feel free to add each other for support and if you have any good ideas you want to run with let me know. Last year someone came up with a spreadsheet that was awesome. Maybe we could do the same thing this year but that's above me

    I'm in! My calorie goal is 1240. Not looking forward to that, but I am looking forward to getting a few new skinnier clothes for Christmas! :)

    When I post the new topic 15 weeks till Christmas you will be able to post your stats there. Depending on when you have your weigh in day you will be able to add the info to our thread. Every Wednesday I will post a new thread ... Thanks for everyone who has joined our group
