Hey all,
I follow a few crossfit things on facebook, and notice tons of people that do crossfit use this "eat to perfom" website to reach th eir training goals. They talk more about eating more carbs , and if you actually want to get a customized plan you have to buy their book. Now I have been eating paleo for a while, but wanted to see if anyone had success with this. I am trying to gain more muscle and lose a bit of fat, but keeping my carbs under 100 grams sucks and I haven't seen the results I am looking for.
So I just looking for someone who may know about this site and if they heard good or bad things.
I should clear up its called "eat to perform"

I love eat to perform. I am a member of their science lab forums which gives you all the materials and access to their forums as well where Paul, the guy who started it, will answer questions and such. I think it's like 4.95 a month for access to everything, but totally worth it in my opinion. I was paleo for awhile after doing whole 30 but I really appreciate their approach of basically eating Paleo but then eating good carbs before your workout (either the night before if you workout in the AM or during the day if you workout at night). I started adding back some non paleo but still gluten free foods, such as gluten free oatmeal before my workouts and I have really benefited from the added calories all of my lifts have improved but I haven't gained weight or inches so I much be losing body fat. I now eat between 2200-2500 cals, you can look at my diary but honestly I'm terrible about logging everything and probably only doing about 80% Paleo as I have some dairy included. I feel so much better though than when I was doing strict paleo.
I'm doing an 8 week Paleo challenge (whole30 basically) with my gym starting in a few weeks but I'm going to try their approach of goods carbs timed well, probably more sweet potatoes and bananas than I usaully do when I do a whole30 to see if I can stay completely Paleo with their approach.0
