I have been off MFP and eating a SAD since before covid. I have gained a ton of weight and I don't feel as well as when I ate WFPB. When I got back on MFP, 99% of my friends were inactive. I get it because I was MIA for years. I'm ready to make lifestyle changes and am looking for support.

Hey there, hope your doing good. Seen your request for friends. I don’t follow plant based but I do eat Whole Foods and clean most of the time. I log in daily and try to support my friends on their journeys, which are different than my journey. I eat organic, wild caught, free range, pastured, grass fed, non gmo, anti inflammatory low carb gluten free low sugar low dairy. Practically plant based

I have had struggles with junk food eating and it seems to get harder the more junk food vegan goodies appear in the shops. I am wanting to gradually move away from this to a more whole food vegan diet. Would love to have any help and support whilst doing this. Hope you have managed to take things in hand. Lock down was a hard time.1
