Weightloss now trying to gain muscle

So I have recently reached my goal for my weightloss now trying to tone my butt and tummy area I have noticed my butt but not my tummy I have put in my fitness pal all my measurements etc and that I want to maintain my weight which is 60 kgs and I'm 5ft 2 yet it only says 1500 calorie doesn't seem right to me. Just want to start seeing some progress as I have been doing this for is month now and I know I must not be doing something right in the eating department some advice in this area would be massively appreciated
