:p Hello people, I took my first swimming lessons as an adult yesterday. Growing up I always went for swimming lessons and ended up eating grilled beef and diving into water without paying any attention to my instructor. Now as an adult, my first class was sooo smooth. I heard the coach saying “You are a calm swimmer”. I’m so excited guys.

    Good for you. I did my first Sunday morning lap swim. Had to pause after each length to catch my breath, but hey, we have to start somewhere, right?

    Last night I swam four more lengths than I did on Sunday, so that was a mini win. I need to find a better pair of goggles though....
