My Fitbit steps are not showing in MFP app is linked… how to fix this?

My Fit bit app is connected and updated to the newest update of MFP etc. it is still not showing or syncing any of my steps - how do I fix this?

I have the same problem. It just keeps telling me to retry. I set up everything correctly. Sometimes it gives me another step when I try to sync my Inspire 3 to MFP. But when I check MFP, there are no steps recorded.
Please help
