Yep, day two of rain here. Supposed to clear tonight.
Being an aficionado of M.A.S.H. definitely dates said person. We used to have M.A.S.H. parties back in the early 80's. IV bags filled with vodka, bourbon, seagrams 7, canadian club and everyone in army khaki or scrubs or dressed like Klinger. Feeling nostalgic.

Good point Lee, it really is no longer glamping once the glamper no longer gives hot or cold water. Which is why we're then done. I'm ready to upgrade this spring, as well. Or build.

So the fancy new garbage disposal ds2 put in last night has a motion activated LED light that lights up undersink.
We have this absolute shitshow of a trial here starting. The defendant killed and hurt many driving thru the xmas parade. Guy is representing himself and is out of control in court. This is on court tv for the world to see. Crazy.

Good morning BBB friends.
I'm a sore old guy, this morning. Hiked 19 miles, yesterday, after not hiking since August. Fun day, though. I even encountered a massive bull elk, with a huge set of antlers. Quite a thrill. Sadly, he ran off too fast for me to get a photo.
The forecast, here, is for continued nice weather, with highs around 70 for the next two weeks. Normally, we'd be 20 degrees cooler, with the start of snow in the mountains. I'm not complaining.0 -

Hi all. We camped two nights this week. Our battery operated blanket worked great the first night so even with steady rainfall we were mostly warm. Last night it only lasted a few hours even after charging all day on our drive. So a cold night and an early morning.
We made it to Montrose CO and our hotel by 11 and thanks to my diamond status we were able to check in early. We toured the cute downtown instead of the planed roadtrip to telluride which would have been neat but 3 more round-trip hours in the car.
The views were amazing today through the San Juans. I expect similar tomorrow over the rockies. The aspens are all bright yellow with just a hint of orange at the higher elevations.1
