Hope the newsletters on the subjects we are focusing on each month have helped you. The reason why I ask just wondering how it is helping you in your monthly planning! Feedback helps me to know if what Iβm doing is a help and if I should continue on for you! π
As for me, I am using Coach Nicole video and both from Jackie Tally fluctuating each day with choosing 1 to focus on. . I use exercise hand balls 2 pound weight, 3 pound weight dumb bells and stretch bands to keep up my strength training and cardio.

Judith - I usually go to Plantet Fitness gym for my weight exercises but I do have dumbells I use when I am sitting at my desk taking a break sometimes. I also have watched your videos and done those exercises. I also walk as much as I can but the cold weather has curbed that at times.1 -
