    I have two 4# boxes of Skittle singles and a 5# box of M&Ms singles. News last night says parents are warned that Rainbow Skittles have been tampered/laced with Fentanyl. Marvelous! Guess we aren't giving these away tonight!

    Supposed to be on Leave all week - but meetings all day today/half of tomorrow. Ugh.

    Waiting to see those NCAA rankings. Can't believe the run TCU is on.

    Does the Ram replace the Wagoneer, Skip?

    I wanted the Ridgeline because of the locking trunk in the bed and car-like handling, but the just over $50k all-in price was a mental barrier I couldn't overcome for something to get me places. If I had legit hauling needs, I might have pulled that trigger.

    We made it back in one piece yesterday after a TWO hour stop at the outlet mall in which we bought absolutely nothing. Our small town stop was Burton, Texas. Population of roughly 5 people - and that included the two visitors from Austin. We stopped at the antique shop there which was incredibly well organized and tastefully done and - keeping with the theme - bought nothing.

    New truck is fun. Tucker's daggers (AKA nails) already scratched the leather console in between front seats 😂😂😂.

    Goes in later this week for some accoutrements (Black Fender Flares).

    Drizzling damp day but warmer than yesterday, should clear for trick or treating. We usually have about 60 kids come by. I will not need a mask tonight face still not cleared up.

    We quit giving out Halloween treats years ago. We used to go away for several days, now we just keep the lights off.

    I found this photo of my mom on my phone. It was taken Saturday at her birthday party. None of you know her, obviously, but I think she is looking pretty good for 99 - and still living on her own in the house where I grew up.

    Happy 99th to Daves Mom. She does look Great!

    I'm sitting at the clinic for my hearing check. A side effect if the TED clinical trial medicine was hearing loss, so I want to see if my base line is same or changed. I will also consider new aids, if new technology is available and beneficial.

    I'm ditching passing out candy tonite. Hope we don't get tricked..Not going to be home. I delivered treats to my 2 favorite boys in the hood yesterday. I didn't want to be around any candy. I'm on week 2 of serious
    weight loss attempt. I know, lifestyle
    right.
