Good Morning Team
I am bringing back our Monthly Team Weight Loss and Maintenance Thread for you.
This will be a Team Goal to work together and Focus on losing between 2 and 5 pounds of weight or more and maintain that weight loss for the month of November.
For those who are on Maintenance our Focus will be on Maintaining the optimal Weight that is best for your Age, Body Frame and Height and Maintain that Weight for the month of November.
So who is onboard with me? Hope to see you join me this month as we get healthy together one day and one step at a time.

Good Morning
I am currently on Maintenance and focusing on either maintaining my current weight or re-gaining some of the weight I have lost with ongoing treatment for cancer with multiple surgeries fighting against the malignant spreading type melanoma.
My current weight fluctuates between 97 and 98 pounds.

I really am cheering you on, Judith. My Dietician is working with me but is not wanting me to do weight loss till sometime in January so I am not paying attention to it till then.
