Long day..... and let's be clear, will be a long night. No private rooms (only an open bay with sliding curtains). G'Town might be a prestigious academic institution but the patient experience is not anything close to a 4 Star Ritz!
Big news buzzing DC (to take our mind off the rolling ads of candidates (good grief they are non-stop). Washington Commanders owner, Dan Snyder potentially selling the operation. All the local news anchors who interviewed random viewers - HIP HIP HOORAY was the response. Daniel need to go long ago!
Not expecting much sleep tonight. So just rolling through an all nighter.
With this next round of meds I might start firing off ".......supppp. You up?" texts to old friends. LOL!

We had happy hour last night with many old friends. It was great. I set an open invite to anyone in the area. Many showed up I didn’t expect and several who didn’t show that I thought would. I was having so much fun I didn’t take a single picture.
Flying to Houston this am. We will be there 2 days before we head to Cuba.0 -

Haaa, Dennis! The most politics we spoke about was his "socks."
He wears really dapper suits and very audacious socks.
The first pair had his wife's photo (on them) - pretty cool in her robe on the bench.
Yesterday was Abe Lincoln socks.
Today was Thomas Jefferson socks.
When he queried why I didn't have TV on, I replied that I was sick of watching back to back to back campaign ads for every Tom/Susie running here in Virginia. He laughed.
