Want to start the cambridge diet

I want to start the cambridge diet. I did it for a week before and lost 7.5 lbs. I'm thinking of doing the diet until I reach my goal weight and working up the steps to maintenance. And afterwards sticking to mfp. Anybody doing cambridge diet please add me so we have support. I'm hoping to start in the next month. Also any tips for maintenance?
