HOA budget meeting last night. All I can say: egregious. Simply egregious. I will never do this again.
Tuck is with babysitter tonight while we join neighbors for a Veteran's Day celebration at a favorite restaurant. Already made sure Chowda'h is on the menu. Food is STILL not going down......very very deflated.
Two showings yesterday. Feedback from #1: Too close to power lines. Feedback from #2: Loved the house but thought the corner lot was too "exposed." Whatever. Look at the damn photos before you come and don't waste my time cleaning and shepherding everyone out the door for a showing, *kitten*!

Ugh, I agree Skip. Folks should do their homework before wasting other folk's time.

- DW having a biopsy on a cyst related to her breast surgery 7 years ago. She saw her Dr. yesterday and there was an opening today or wait 3 weeks. Easy decision. I had to pawn off my duties for the Veterans Day ceremony.
- The remnant of the storm is passing through our area today. Lots of rain.
- I hate selling real estate.
- Skip, I truly hope you start seeing some relief. That has to be frustrating.
- Thinking about your son somewhere in Europe today, Lee.

My eyes got a thumbs up from the doc, yesterday. I'll go back in six months.
Skip, I hate hearing that you haven't seen improvement in your swallowing issues.
I did five years on our HOA board and resigned when people's attitudes started to affect me. I didn't need additional stress in my life. Now, we write the check every six months and I give them my proxy for the annual meeting, to help them get a quorum. That's the extent of my involvement.0 -

Cool wet day in East Tenn.
Completed a things on our list today; goy cup holder for Toad, found some sunglasses two pair Oakley for $98.70 including tax, breakfast at Mel's, 2 quarts moonshine, heading to Peddler for supper tonight.
DW and DSIL have started a list for tomorrow, temps should be dropping, 20's Sunday when we head back.
Hard to believe amount of traffic here, takes over an hour to go 10 miles.
Skip, pray throat is healing and you just have not given it enough time.

I had 2 complaints at the HOA mtg, 4 no pays. Collected 3 today. #4 has til morning to pay or he is getting the late fine. Ya,,'ll grown adults, take care of your business.
Its dropped 35 degrees in 24 hrs here. Was 70 last night, now its 35F. Cold is not going any where soon.
Tomorrow is last lawn mow for Tom. I'm going to clean inside a bit and prep for our Forced Family Fun Sunday over here.
I started some Baby shower gift shopping and Christmas present shopping. This is early for me.

Feel better Skip. It is a pain to keep the house spotless too while for sale.
