Good morning.
Universal care sounds good, but is messy in practice, Skip. Remember that the VA is universal care.
I recommended the startup because it's a PPO plan with a wellness focus. You get the $0 deductible and copay IF you do the baseline visit and show that you've got a primary care doc. If you don't have a doc, they help find and schedule your first appointment. Their model is built on preventative care and that starts with not skipping on that stuff becuase of co-pays.They also have a unique approach to pharma costs.

I'm feeling 80% better. DW/DMIL still down for count. Everyone still pretty lethargic and tired. Hope this goes away soon!
Most of you have likely watched Yellowstone. There is a new series w/ Sylvester Stallone out. Tulsa Kings. I watched episode one - it looks like it's gonna be a great series!
Hope all who are traveling are safe. Roads here are stupid crazy. Didn't even try to get near a store. Instacarted everything we need.

Good morning
I've been awake since 4am, figures on a day off. Meantime I baked ds1 some oatmeal choc chip cookies, did the only small load of laundry I had. Now 2.5 hrs before I get him from airport. So happy the weather here and there is mild.
I'll go gas up and get a car wash on my way.
I ordered a personalized ornament and it showed up broken into 5 pieces via usps. Theyll replace it and hopefully wrap it better.

With temps in the low 50s today, we are going to put some lights outside and finish decorating out there. I will wait til Sat/Sun to get the tree and put that up. We're going live, $10/ft fresh cut 6ft Frasier fur is what I'm hoping to select .

Checking on ingredients and making final prep for tomorrow's cooking, as I am responsible for two elements of the family feast. I'll also be blowing and chopping up the leaves dumped by yesterday's storm.
Never seen Yellowstone, other than ads. It is on a streaming service we don't have. I kind of miss the days of three networks, an independent and PBS. Choices were so much simpler, and it was nice to feel the unity in the country when we all watched Lucy have a baby or the M*A*S*H crew bid farewell - or learn from Walter that it was a whole new war, for that matter. But I am just a typical old man, I suppose.0 -
I tried Yellowstone. First pilot episode. Never finished it. Maybe I should try it again.
Off to our favorite local steakhouse. Taking the owner a turkey pot pie.
We will be painting tomorrow.

Lol ....fir that is. And we decided to get it this afternoon before the crowds on Fri and Sat. Its in the stand and smells great. Hopefully I'll sleep better tonight. ...yawn
