I promise I'll be back. Thank you for your dedication to this! I've just been in a funk, but I know that it's up to me to make the changes to get myself out of it, and that includes taking care of my health and fitness. I don't usually do New Year's resolutions, but I'm making an exception. I need some kind of a kick-start. I'm planning on January 2. Happy Holidays!!!0 -
