    Good morning gentlemen.

Couldn't sleep, so here I am.

It's a cold, steady rain. It would be good day to get comfortable with a good book and a dog in your lap, but Rita has a doctor's appointment this morning and we have shopping to do.

    Good Morning,
Foggy here this morning hope it burns off soon
Had breakfast with Emmaus group this morning
Going for a lunch ride later
Steve, whenever I was behind I'll close my door and not let anyone in plus have someone take my calls. Folks may think you are unfriendly but getting caught up is helping protect everyone.

    Good Morning

Steve, I used to do what Sam recommended. In our corporate culture a closed door meant do not disturb and it was generally respected unless something came up. Sometimes you would open your door and find 2-3 sticky notes on it from folks. It wasn't considered rude. We all had deadlines and crunch times to deal with.

Clouding up out there. We are supposed to get an actual storm come in tonight with lots of rain tomorrow. So cool temperatures persist. I had an early cardiology appt this am. 10 years since my stent he reminded me and it all looks good. All the tests they ran showed good cardiac health with no potential issues. No evidence of stroke potential and he presumes my event was neurological. My BP was normal 121/83 even though I was in the middle of a significant pain spike while in the chair. Mindfulness must be paying off. We have a working vent over the stove again after several years. I forgot how noisy they can be. Kitchen was measured every which way for an hour and we will meet with a planner just before Christmas. Just getting the pain level back down today and running a couple of errands.

    Late check-in.

Had piano lesson and then replaced the two other wheels on the second piano.

Need to get out before sun goes down and go for a walk.
