Mix with seltzer and you have a New York Egg Cream.
Leave out the ice and you have Chocolate Milk.
I think that this mocktail is absolutely perfect for a dinner or a party.
Don't forget the sprinkles! They dress up the milk and chocolate syrup!
Another bonus is that the kids can have some also! They can drink with the grown-ups!
Hershey's chocolate syrup is the best! Use fat-free skim milk. Sprinkles can stretch further than you think. Ice cubes are free!
You do need a blender...
