Good morning BBB Friends.
- Wow, hard to believe I'm starting us off after 10am EST.
- Working on a neighbor's 6 year old laptop that really needs to have the OS reloaded, but they don't have a backup or the apps to reload. Frustration I don't need.
- Weather is not looking good for our trip to Savannah next week but we are going regardless. It looks like we'll come home next Friday to near record low temperatures.

A 6 y/o laptop? Have you told them they can buy a new to them one at Goodwill for $100 with Win10 on it? Whatever the apps are they're using, they can find new ones - probably for free. 😉
Girding ourselves for the cold weather next week here. I mean "cold" is a relative term, but it's going to be the coldest here since 2021 unpleasantness. It's coming when we're heading to small town Texas for Christmas, so this could get interesting...

DD called this morning to get us up, we had no reason that we couldn't sleep in other than she was up, DSonIL was at store for her so she wanted someone to talk to.
Getting together with DB and nephew with his family tomorrow at DD's and she wants to go get her DGM to spend a few days with them. When she call DMIL told her she needed a new bra that she only had one, DW washed five for her day before she left.
Thanks Skip, trying to figure out am I willing to deal with 8' lengths at double cost or cut my own.
Dennis, don't fret about weather; it is not everyday that a couple celebrates 49 years of marriage, just take clothes to bundle up in.

Good morning BBB friends.
So, I took Sassy out for a walk and left my stick at home. I was only doing a 2-mile loop in our neighborhood. Surprise! A large Labrador retriever charged out of a house and attacked Sassy. There was no hesitation on his part, he went right for her throat. Thankfully, she has a lot of loose skin there, and her attacker was unable to gain enough purchase to do any harm before I kicked him away. At least this time Sassy didn't seem frightened. She was ready to do battle after the initial surprise. The owners came out to call their dog and seemed amazed that I was angry. I won't forget my club again.0 -

Wow. Bizarre that this happened so soon after the other multi dog incident. People are idiots. Good for Sassy. I wonder if pepper spray might be more effective than your shillelagh, and less offensive to stupid people.
