G'Morning~
Tucker and I up early and completed all morning routine. He's funny. The cold air gives him zoomies! He's been great about taking cold meds from vet. Less coughing but still full of energy!
Today is DMIL birthday. Dinner out later - despite enough leftovers to feed TWO armies! Had an awesome ham dinner yesterday and proud to pronounce - everything went down perfectly! Bam!
Frigid temps continue.
Safe travels to those who are venturing out.
Cheers,
Skipper0 -
Glad you are finally eating properly Skip.
It literally rained for 30 hours straight yesterday. Not raining now but good chances all day. Haven’t left the apartment for 2 days so planning to all walk uptown later. Friends want to get some souvenirs for their grandkids.
I need to get some get some root veggies so I can have a reason to turn the oven on. It’s chilly in here. It doesn’t work great so or I would make some cinnamon rolls.

Mornin' BBB
We lost Georgie at 3 am today. Mary took him for a quick walk down the driveway and accidentally stepped on him on the way back to the front door, spooking him to run off into the back yard. The spaniels were with me, still in bed. We have been searching the neighborhood since.
Then he just showed up after 5 hours in 12 degree weather. A Christmas miracle. He has a puncture wound on his back leg and screams when we try to examine it. Suspect he had a run in with a racoon or a coyote. How he dinna become breakfast for a coyote I'll never know.
Waiting for sedatives and pain meds to kick in so we can examine and treat wound.

Good morning BBB friends.
Glad for Georgie's homecoming.
Great that you are eating normally again, Skip. Now, don't overdo it and re-gain all that weight you lost during your travails.
No plans for today. It is freakishly warm (55 at 6 a.m.) and windy, with heavy rain. Maybe time in the shop. Still have leftovers from last Wednesday. I think ham fried rice is on the menu for tonight.0 -
Good morning.
Our Christmas was spent doing the traditional 3 loads of laundry and calling everyone in Brazil.
Huzzah for proper digestion, Skip!
Glad that Georgie made it back home, Lee!0 -

Good morning BBB Friends.
- Breakfast with the ROMEOs this morning. Our normal cafe is closed so we went to Chick-Fil-A.
- It was a quiet Christmas here. After church it was football and a couple of movies.
- I'm not sure Georgie was on my radar. I'm glad he is back home safe and warm.
- I'm glad you finally found some relief Skip. Thumbs up to the Georgetown Dr.
- I like fried rice. Just sayin'.

Good morning
Slept in a bit to 8am and been lounging watching movies. Ds1 outbound 4pm flight to DC is already delayed. Weather is fine here and there. Hmmmm wonder why?
He just left to meet ds2, and his cousin, together, to meet up with their recently deceased uncles widow whos in town from SC by her family. She hasn't been very truthful or forth coming with his family. I just hope she doesn't get them all upset with bs, etc. After all its Christmas.
Today is dedicated to relaxing, for me. I got no where to go but take ds1 to Airport later.
Dh (ha, I can use that now) got me an awesome fish finder to hook up to the Pontoon! Woohoo, maybe I'll catch something in 2023?!
Lee, Glad Georgie is Home! I thought you had a cat too, but didn't recall Georgie!?
Its a balmy 16F here today. Thats a warm up for us
Good news Skip on the post surgery result so far!
Sam your a good neighbor friend. Hope their water issue isn't too bad!
Have a good day BBB
