Congratulations All on completing your December Goals, you did it! You finished strong. Well Done! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

Tomorrow morning New Years Day we are going back to basics, and will practice Good Nutrition, eating smartly with proper proportions, concentrating on aiming to eat between 6 to 8 fresh fruits and veggies per day and Getting the right amount of daily exercise with focusing on Cardio and Strength Fitness!
