    Weigh-ins: Fridays
    1/6/23= 285.3
    1/13/23=282.4
    1/20/23=279.9
    1/27/23=278
    1/31/23=276.8
    Total WL for the month= -10.2
    So happy! Didn't make my goal but I've now passed 50 lb loss since restarting!!!! :D
