May I encourage you all to come onboard and join me in with losing the weight you have set your goals for. And some of you it is for Maintenance that you will continue to maintain the weight loss you achieved for this next month.
For me I am working on maintaining the weight I have now with trying to gain some of the weight I lost since cancer treatment and multiple surgeries!
