I had mine Nov 11th. Still learning and losing.
My main advice is to not stress it! I was panicking the days leading up to my surgery and that was way worse than the surgery and healing. Do what your surgeon says. I got up and walked around for a few minutes in our house once an hour… seemed to help me. Praying for you!0 -
I am a newbie here. I am having sleeve surgery Monday. Just going to jump right in and follow doctors staff guidance. I figure by this time they have seen and heard everything. Good luck!0

Day one is hard. After that it’s MUCH easier
Walk!! After surgery. After you get home. Walk!
Drink as much as you can tolerate.
