Pour yourself a mug of your favorite morning brew. Pull up a chair and join us for our morning roll call here on the BBB.

    Good morning.

When do you go from pocket listing to a full on press to sell, Skip?

Drinking coffee seems like a good plan as opposed to doing stuff, Steph.

Hoping for a quiet day today, but I don't really see that happening.

Still a pocket list....MLS not until end of February BUT trying to move as much out as possible for staging teams to do their wiz bang magic.

All framed stuff off walls means painting.....

Still hoping for a buyer before we go to MLS. I loathe the idea of open houses!

    Happy Humping!!!
Sunny now but they say cloudy all day with chance of light rain started in 30's should get too low 60's
Yoga this morning, lodge of instruction to night
Skip, hope you get a good contract soon that will allow you to stay till new house complete, Moving twice is a real pain, know from experience.
DW is taking DMIL to breakfast this morning, she stepped up from basement at 7:31 dressed with coat on, guess she was afraid DW would eat and then not take her to breakfast.

    Good morning BBB friends.

Next-door neighbor's fence is falling into my yard. As he is a lazy bum, with an eyesore yard, it will fall on me to prop the thing up until he does something about it. If asked, I'd gladly pay half on the materials to put in a new section of fence. I'm embarrassed that he is also a retired Army first sergeant. I bet he had a lousy company.

    Good morning BBB Friends.
    • After numerous short nights in a row I got to sleep in this morning. A real luxury.
    • I didn't hear anybody yelling and screaming so I guess we didn't win the lottery.
    • So, Dave I just had an idea. Base Housing for Retirees. A new concept in 55+ communities,

    Good morning

Those lotto numbers were unusual, running in sequence as some did. Better luck Friday!

IGood luck Dave.. I'd expect the neighbors fence get fixed, but to pay half for him, not so much. And I'm a good neighbor! I might offer we assist in the labor of fix though?

Safe travels to your family Steph!

    Back to work for me!

    I love the idea, Dennis!
I remember spending a summer at Davis Monthan AFB in Tucson in mid 80's and my stepfather, an E6 in base housing had everyone in the yard on Sunday mornings before Monday drive by inspections. It was a big deal if you got wrote up for failing to "edge or grass above a certain height" - those were the days!
