Next-door neighbor's fence is falling into my yard. As he is a lazy bum, with an eyesore yard, it will fall on me to prop the thing up until he does something about it. If asked, I'd gladly pay half on the materials to put in a new section of fence. I'm embarrassed that he is also a retired Army first sergeant. I bet he had a lousy company.0 -

IGood luck Dave.. I'd expect the neighbors fence get fixed, but to pay half for him, not so much. And I'm a good neighbor! I might offer we assist in the labor of fix though?

I remember spending a summer at Davis Monthan AFB in Tucson in mid 80's and my stepfather, an E6 in base housing had everyone in the yard on Sunday mornings before Monday drive by inspections. It was a big deal if you got wrote up for failing to "edge or grass above a certain height" - those were the days!
