    I have a PT session this morning. Four more to go. Leaving Friday, for a retreat for the church elders and deacons. It runs from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon. Not sure how we will fill the time. Anyway, I need to drop off a check for my share of the fee.

    Dentist this afternoon, broke tooth Friday; had to cancel beginner yoga class
    Dave, somehow church retreats find ways to occupy time, whether interesting or not.
    Hope Dennis and Kris are having a great time.
    I can see Mary making one spoiled grandson, that's what they are for

    Hope all your ill elderly parents struggling heal, and find peace and comfort. Its not an easy time, for sure.

    Mea culpa if I sound a bit unnerved and ungrateful. Truth is, I enjoy (in small doses) the visits with DF. We are just two VERY different people with VERY variant views. I try to give him great experiences and bite my tongue alot while he visits. Tonight I will reward myself for being dutiful 🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺
