Good morning.
My calendar is so full today that it doesn't fit on the home screen of my phone - it doesn't even get to lunchtime! Today is going to be a rough one. I'll be up early tomorrow as well for an overnight trip to DC.
On the plus side, I'm meeting a friend at Jack Rose which has 2,000+ bourbons (!) for dinner and drinks Thursday night - if I can stay awake. If this trip goes well, then I'll be running a circuit to DC on a cadence. In all candor, kinda hoping it just goes okay.0 -

Hope your day goes smooothly Lou.
No plans here. We walked almost all the way to the northern tip of the island yesterday. It turned out to be further than I thought but it was breezy and partly cloudy so a great day for it. I don’t have anything prepped for lunch so todays outing will be shorter so I have time to cook. We are having black bean chili and the beans are soaked but still will take over an hour to be ready.
We only have one week left here so our pantry is getting pretty bare.
My family is getting pounded with snow today. School for all is canceled even my sisters college campus.0 -

I may try the 2 ingredient pizza crust tonight with self raise flour and 0 Greek yogurt. Anyone else use this Recipe?

Actually, Rita spent some time carefully cleaning Sassy's ear and it looks much better, today. I am going to keep an eye on it and see if the odor was just from not being cleaned for quite a while - bad owners. She doesn't seem bothered by the ear, at all.
My back has been bothering me since PT yesterday. Maybe I doo exercises too enthusiastically. If you tell me to do something, I am going to do it as hard as I can. I always end these sessions pretty tired, as you would want to be after a workout. This time, the back seized up after a couple hours.0 -

Lots of reasons for discharging ears in goldens. Vinegar and water, 50/50 makes a good ear flush.
