Gastric sleeve surgery is scheduled for February 14 — how romantic <3! I’m nervous and I’d like to share war stories about the surgery and aftermath. :) How did you guys feel afterward? I am older than the average age of patients I believe.

    I had surgery in October. I’m 56. Older than most who were at the surgery place I went. The first day is the worst. Sore, burping, groggy from anesthesia. But I got up and walked every hour. Day two I felt pretty good. I can honestly say the process was pretty easy. I was back at work after 4 days.
