For the Month of February we will focus on the following Pointers set out by the Mayo Clinic:

Remember Last Month in December we worked on Pointers 1 thru to Number 3.

Pointer #1. Make sure you're ready
Pointer #2. Find your inner motivation
Pointer #3. Set realistic goals

And this month we will look at
Pointers #4 thru to #6

#4. Enjoying healthier foods
#5. Getting active and staying active
#6. Changing your perspective

I will provide Pointers and Suggestions for the Nutrition, Fitness and Perspectives on A New Way of Living. There will also be 3 links for Fitness Video’s to Follow thru with your workouts!

So who is with me? Let’s make February a Healthy Eating Staying Active and a New Way of Life Month and Push Forward to putting these Strategies into Practice to Meet Our Daily Goals.
