Sparkling Balsamic Vinegar With Berry Ice Cubes Mocktail

I find this mocktail to be kind-of special.
Santa brought me 3 different bottles of vinegar for Christmas, one of them being White Balsamic.
Then, recently my roommate signed up with a young girl selling strawberries for her bowling team. However, you can always buy berries from the freezer section of your dollar store!
Finally, this recipe got to me just when I am down to my last 2 cans of seltzer!
